On September 21, 2011, the "S-ZORB domestic cast stone wear-resistant ball valve development and industrial application" jointly developed by SHK Group and Yanshan Petrochemical, organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China Petrochemical, was successfully held at Sinopec Beijing Headquarters. The meeting was chaired by Professor Gong Hong of the Storage and Storage Department, and Director Jia Penglin served as the director of the appraisal committee.       Yanshan Petrochemical's S-ZORB unit is the first gasoline adsorption desulfurization unit in China that has been imported from Conoco America's patented technology. It is also the most important unit for the production of Beijing standard IV gasoline. The valve between the reactor, the regenerator and the lock-up hopper for fluidized conveyance of the adsorbent is frequently opened and closed under severe working conditions. It is also required to achieve Class VI sealing and zero leakage to avoid the danger of high-temperature hydrogen and oxygen interleaving.
      These cast stone wear-resistant ball valves were all imported products before October 2009. Due to the high purchase cost of imported valves, long spare parts supply cycles, and lack of technical support, factors affecting the long-term safe and stable operation of the device. To this end, the SHK Group has established a high-temperature material test device and a wear-resistant material laboratory since 2009. It has introduced Japanese robotic spraying technology and the first set of high-precision spherical five-axis machining centers in China to optimize the manufacturing technology of cast stone wear-resistant ball valves. Applied for a patent with independent intellectual property rights, which not only solves the problem of leakage caused by dust entering the sealing surface of the ball valve, but also improves the roundness and matching accuracy of the ball and seat, surface finish, and abrasion resistance of the valve. It is super hard and wear-resistant The manufacturing of ball valves provides technical guarantee.
      On this basis, SHK Group produced three CL600 and DN80 domestic cast stone wear-resistant ball valves. Each purchase cost saved about 180,000 yuan compared to imported ball valves. One was randomly selected. The first set of domestic S-ZORB Million ball valve simulation test device has performed 10,000 switching tests, reaching zero leakage. After expert demonstration, the Yanshan branch S-ZORB unit installed the above-mentioned domestic ball valves in the lock hoppers XV-1009, XV-1006 and XV- on November 12, 2009, January 4, 2010 and March 2, respectively. 1017 position and put into operation, of which XV-1009 position cast stone wear-resistant ball valve has accumulated stable operation for 22 months, fully meet the process production requirements, indicating that the overall technology of domestic cast stone wear-resistant ball valve has reached the international advanced level.
