The valve is used on the pipeline of the pneumatic ash conveying system of the electric power industry as a switching device between ash storages. When the cylinder drives the core downward, it is connected with the channels at both ends. At this time, the dry ash is transported to another ash warehouse through the tube. When the cylinder is upward, the dry ash is guided downward by the lower hopper and directly falls into the ash warehouse.
The valve should be cleaned before installation and any defects that may be caused during transportation should be eliminated. Carefully check whether the identification and nameplate on the valve meet the requirements for use. This valve can only be installed on horizontal pipes.
