2, hoist the gate valve in place, and stand firmly;

3. Lift the gate valve in place and adjust the horizontality and verticality of the gate body (the horizontality and verticality of the bottom groove and side groove of the door frame are not greater than 1/1000). The gate valve frame is reliably connected with the embedded steel plate. The secondary pouring adopts effective sealing measures to ensure that there is no leakage between the gate valve frame and the structure.

4. Install the thrust screw of the gate valve and the hoisting machine base. The level of installation and verticality meet the design requirements. The center of the hoisting machine and the center of the screw hole of the gate valve board should be on the same vertical line. The verticality deviation is not greater than 1/1000, and the whole process. The internal deviation is less than 2mm. The gate valve thrust screw is connected. Based on the gate end of the gate thrust screw plate, the gate valve thrust screw is adjusted vertically to fix the headstock base. Then the secondary concrete pouring of the gate valve and the hoist is performed.

5. Inspection:

① After the gate valve is installed, check that the installation accuracy meets the installation requirements. The fasteners are firmly connected; check and fill the grease in the hoist;

② The opening and closing test of the gate valve is performed under anhydrous conditions, which achieves flexible operation, action is in place, screw screwing is stable, and the door panel has no jamming, sudden jump, abnormal noise;

③ Under the design water level, the gate valve can be opened and closed freely, and there is no sudden jump. The limit device should be sensitive, accurate and reliable;

④ Assist the supplier to conduct on-site leakage experiments in accordance with relevant regulations. Under the maximum design water level, the leakage of the gate valve meets the requirements.
